It Gets Easier

I'm Heather I'm 30 (will be 31 at the end of this month!) and I live in Northeast Ohio!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or LPCC for short. I’ve been in the mental health field for about 6 years now. 

I’ve done individual counseling in person and virtual for 5 years and recently made the transition into doing more group counseling with children. 

I'm SO excited to chat with you today about my experience and how I got here today.

It Gets Easier will be a mix of short solo episodes and longer interview episodes with people from all walks of life who’ve had struggled with mental health themselves to people who also work in the field of mental health!
